Guy H Hodgson
Managing Director
Guy has worked extensively in the petroleum industry, as design and commissioning engineer with consultants Matthew Hall working on African and North Sea projects. He joined Worley Engineering in Perth and was Chief Instrument Design and Commissioning Engineer on the Woodside Rankin offshore gas platform and also completed design and commissioning work for the Santos Moomba gas field.
While Managing Director of specialist EPCM company, Energy Process Services Pty Ltd (EPS), he has managed the acquisition, engineering redesign and startup operations on the Vicksburg, Australia’s first offshore jackup production platform for Western Mining Petroleum. EPS later completed engineering design, construction and commissioning of the 70mmscfd Gas plant for Doral Resource’s Onslow operation, including subsea and onshore pipelines. EPS completed a number of smaller gas processing and conditioning plants in Western Australia and Indonesia.
Guy later headed Energy Process Engineers, a JV between EPS and Minproc Engineers undertaking design engineering and construction project management work in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. He became CEO of First Dynasty Mines (FDM) Indonesian operations after EPS and its associates sold the Sembakung oil field to FDM.
In recent years Guy has consulted to a number of Indonesian oil & gas and drilling service companies in Indonesia.
Brian J McGillivray BBus, FCPA
Director (Commercial Strategies)
Brian is a Fellow CPA and spent over twenty years in public accounting and consulting practice. He has extensive experience in the oil & gas industry and has worked in Australia and overseas. As a director and principal of specialty EPCM contractor Energy Process Services Pty Ltd he has worked on onshore and offshore oil and gas projects, including the acquisition and management of oil fields in Indonesia. His experience includes the negotiation and management of farmins, joint ventures and tenement conditions and the management of public companies as director and company secretary.
Kris J McGillivray BBus, GradDipProp
Director (Finance & Marketing) & Company Secretary
Kris brings to the EPS Compression business a host of skills gained with his involvement in a number of different industries including the oil, gas and CSG industries, the property industry and the financial and corporate services industries.
In addition to his role with Energy Process Services and EPS Compression, Kris is a Director of ASEAN Corporate Services Pty Ltd which provides corporate business services to listed and unlisted public companies. Those services include Company Secretarial roles, strategic planning, accounting, capital raising, marketing and administration services. He has held senior positions in business development including for an international property development company (who has offices in London, Hong Kong and Perth) and has recently been Chief Financial Officer for a publicly listed CSG company and a Director of an unlisted oil and gas junior.
Tibor Alfoldi
Commercial Manager
Tibor is a graduate of Technology and Management of Budapest and UTS in Sydney. He provides assistance to the Executive Management of EPS Compression in commercial and financial issues relating the company establishing its position as a leading compression provider for the CSG production in Australia.
During the past 35 years he has had a successful career investing in catering, technology processing, property, construction and the resources industries in Australia, Indonesia and Europe. Tibor has been working with the principals of EPS Compression’s Management Team in an advisory capacity since 1992.
He has gained valuable experience in his own Management Company servicing the accommodation and service industry since 1983 and abroad with his family owned consulting and construction group for the pharmaceutical industry in Hungary.
Mike Swift
Consultant
Mike has been involved in maintenance management, value adding and life cycle costs management for heavy industry since 1970. Prior to 1970 he was a senior Marine Engineer in International Merchant marines.
Mike has been involved in the Oil and Gas industry since 1984 (to present) with main activities in managing field process facilities compressor stations compression and dehydration equipment. In addition monitoring and compliance management of equipment for optimum performance and also involved in ongoing development of expansion from concept to implementation for employers.
From 1993 Mike worked as a sub consultant with leading engineering groups including Kinhill Kinhill Brown and Root and Zektin. Mike formed his own company in 2002 and since 2006 has been a direct facility engineering service supplier to European Gas Ltd (including 12 months in France as an advisor) as well as a consultant/advisor to the broader Australian CSG industry.
