EPS Compression, through its parent entity, Energy Process Services Pty Ltd, is the authorised distributor of Cameron Compression System’s AJAX integral engine-compressors and SUPERIOR compressors.
Both the AJAX and SUPERIOR compressors are reciprocating compressors.
A reciprocating compressor is a compressor that uses pistons driven by a crankshaft to deliver gases at high pressure. The intake gas enters the suction manifold, then flows into the compression cylinder where it gets compressed by a piston driven in a reciprocating motion via a crankshaft, and is then discharged.
Reciprocating compressors can be categorised into many types and they are used for a great many applications including in oil refineries, gas pipelines, chemical plants, natural gas processing plants and refrigeration plants.
EPS Compression is focused on supplying reciprocating compressors to the conventional and coal seam gas industries.
